Specialist Mentoring Topics & Dates
EFT International Organisation requires 6 hours per annum from all Practitioners & Trainers. Official Annual Mentoring is required from all EFT International (formerly AAMET) members at all levels to maintain your professional status.
Marie Holliday is a Master Trainer of Trainers & Official Mentor with a wealth of experience in training and mentoring. You can join Marie for a friendly yet professional mentoring session with follow up documents/advice/tips etc where needed to help and guide you through your practice, study and learning. Marie teaches EFT up to and including Trainer level and offers mentoring following your training to fully guide you in your way forward understanding your strengths and weaknesses and building on both.
Marie also welcomes students and practitioners that she has not taught so please feel free to contact her with some details about your training, levels, your trainer and what you would like to see as your mentoring outcome. Marie attracts multi-national attendees from UK, US, Canada, India, Brazil, France, Spain, Germany, amongst just a few countries. | Using the Positives with EFT | November 3rd 2025 | Whilst we always work with EFT and the Negatives, there are times when introducing the Positives is extremely welcomed and valid. Let's look at Positives and some Positive Techniques and a couple of examples such as Choices & Palace of Possibilities technique on limiting beliefs. Bring your own discussion and topic around this area. |
| EFT Toolbox Time! | December 8th 2025 | Bring any question or item for discussion either learning based or client based on the techniques in your proverbial EFT Toolbox! We have so many 'tools' in our toolbox, some we use a lot, others not so much. It is a great end of year way to review our conceptual foundational & advanced techniques. What technique to use with a client, unsure how/when to use? Want a recap of a technique? For example the Gentle Techniques - the differences/similarities, Chasing the Pain, Floor to Ceiling Eye Roll, Collar Bone Technique, Box Technique,9 Gamut, Touch & Breathe, Continuous Tapping, Generalisation Effect, Apex Syndrome etc etc. Lets dive deep, its your choice to discuss more. |
| EFT with Mums & Dads & Children/Babies | January 19th 2026 | This is the first specialist group of the year, with the ever popular area of using EFT with Mums/Dads, Babies/Children whether for self or groups, in practice or all areas. bring your topics, issues, business questions, group workshops etc with you. We can look at physical tapping and if surrogate is a new area to you, then you can come away confidently and able to use it. Look at any 'safety' issues with mums & babies in practice also. |
| Tapping for Self Use | February 2nd 2026 | We work so often with other people - our friends, family, clients yet don't always give ourselves the same time or luxury of tapping for ourselves. Let's look at how we can tap for ourselves and perhaps even structure our day more for some self-time. We can dive deep to look at different ways and techniques of self help with EFT including some daily suggestions and maintenance suggestions. Bring your own issues and concerns with you and take a couple of hours for yourself during this time. |
| Setting Up Your Practice | March 2nd 2026 | Are you new to EFT & about to or just setting up your EFT practice? Or are you integrating EFT into your existing practice? Or are you transitioning between employment into this completely new area with EFT & need business help? Or are you re-entering the work place after being a mum or semi retired due to many reasons or are returning following ill health reasons? This is always a popular mentoring subject due to many of the reasons highlighted yet Marie & many others believe that the efficacy of surrogate equals normal tapping. Interested? Unsure? Then join Marie and discuss the multi ways you can use this style from animal companions, family in hospital, a person in a different country-in fact so many areas to explore; bring them with you to discuss! |
| Dealing with Traumas including childhood. | May 4th 2026 | Whether traumas including trauma & EFT, is for yourself -or clients- or both, we have so many gentle techniques and ways of working within this area. Importantly, it has to be safely and client-led at all times. Bring your mentoring in a private & confidential manner where it remains within the group and gives you a confident way to work in this area of traumas. We can discuss how to discover traumas in a controlled manner with Questioning techniques and process. |
| EFT with your Animal Companion | June 1st 2026 | A speciality of Marie's is working with EFT & Animals up to EFT Animal Practitioner and she is more than willing to share on this mentoring session, her tips & advice in this very popular topic. So bring any question you have that interests you with EFT & Animals, either your own companion or in another area of animals eg: wildlife or voluntary associations etc. Discuss any of your questions that concerns you - do I physically tap? , how do I tap?, what do I say? can I use for anything? etc etc. |
| EFT with Anxiety | July1st 2026 | This can be a really difficult and challenging area to work with and EFT. It isn't tangible, harder to assess results and check client's results and apart from a stand out condition in itself , it additionally underpins most serious illnesses, conditions, fears, employment issues, relationship issues, family concerns etc etc so is a vital area to consider when anxiety is presenting in clients. We know that tapping relieves anxiety quite quickly yet often for a longer based solution and relief, how do we work with Anxiety? Join Marie & bring all your questions in this area, either for self and/or clients. |
| EFT with Serious Illness & Chronic Disease | August 3rd 2026 | This mentoring session is back again by popular demand. Discussing serious illness & chronic disease either for yourself and /or clients. We can dive deep in discussion how you can use multi techniques in this area so that you can feel more confident working in this area. This is a speciality of Marie's for over 20 years, having recovered from a brain haemorrhage in 2 days with tapping & will share any area of her work to support your own questions of discussion. |
| EFT with Fears & Phobias | September 1st 2026 | Fears & Phobias is often considered a challenging area to work with in EFT. Or-you may have a fear of your own such as: spiders, snakes, lifts etc which isn't conducive to you practicing EFT nor great for yourself. Help is at hand in our mentoring speciality where you can bring your fears-phobias-questions- clients or for self, with you and discuss confidentially. Marie will give you a formula to work within this area which will enhance your EFT skills. |

Bring any questions, clients or your own area that you would like to work with in this area. Marie has had much experience in this area including smoking, weight issues including bulimia, alcohol, food/snacks etc etc |
| EFT working with Groups Online & in Person | November 2nd 2026 | This is a very popular mentoring topic of working with EFT & Groups-either online or in-person. Bring any queries you have or you may not have held one before and want to but are unsure how to do this. You may have held some and have issues. Whatever your reason, you can share safely on this mentoring session and look at the importance of keeping both yourself & your client, safe online. |
| EFT & Relationships at Holiday Times | December 2nd 2026 | Holiday times are normally a time to rest and have fun yet sometimes, it may bring issues up when you join family or your client has a problem in this area. There may be family issues come up from past, grievances, grudges, don't relate as well as you want to yet you have to be part of a large gathering and don't want to go. Maybe a friend you have fallen out with or not spoken with for some time, ex partners etc. Not only holiday times like Christmas but weddings and even funerals or work gatherings. Let's end the year on a good note and see if we can resolve any issues on this special seasonal mentoring session which is completely private & confidential. |
